Some people may also feel that they are in some kind of escalating cycle of catastrophe. There is the feeling of doom and kept inhibitions haunting the person. Also, the deepest and darkest moments of the person experiencing the panic attacks may arise causing him to feel that something bad may happen to him/her. Thus, one should know what remedies to use when a panic attacks happens.<span id="more-456"></span></p>
<p>Some people experience rise of heartbeat rates. Heart palpitations may also follow. In order to Cure panic attacks one must deal with the symptoms first. Preventing some embarrassing actions would be a great start. Try to get a good amount of oxygen intake. With this, one would be prevented from hyperventilating.</p>
<p>You may experience the following signs and symptoms of panic attack - Pounding heartbeat, Light headedness,  hyperventilation, trembling, tingling hands, feet, legs and arms, flushed face, fear of dying, chest pains, sweaty palms, fear of losing control, flushes or chills, dizziness, jumpiness, heaviness in the chest and fear of stroke.</p>
<p>These symptoms may be treated one after another to stop panic attack. A panic attack may take several minutes. The person experiencing it may have it done after a while. One should know that drug treatment is not recommended as cure. Drugs wear off its effectiveness and some side effects may worsen the panic attack. At this state, one may resort to therapies if a panic attack bothers you always. There are self help programs that can be enrolled into.</p>
<p>Some people resort to herbal remedies that are much better than drugs or any medical treatment. With herbal remedies, you do not worry for any side effects at all. It is safe for your health and it ease the severity of panic attack that is why most people prefer herbal remedies instead.</p>
<p>The best thing though to fight off panic attack is to reduce it by following a healthy lifestyle. Following a strict routine that is eating a good balance diet, observes eight hours sleep everyday and exercise. This helps a lot in fighting off stress and maintaining a healthy life. Avoid vices like drinking and smoking always. When you are secure in every aspect of your life then stress and anxiety does not exist in your life at all thus panic attack will be far off too.</p>
